Exercise:

Amit purchased a car with a loan amount of Rs. 15,00,000.00 for which he paid a downpayment of Rs. 2,00,000.00 at the beginning. The interest amount for the loan amount is 18% per annum. He wishes to pay EMI everymonth for next 4 years and 2 months & he wanted to know the principle and interest amount separately that is going to pay for each month.

Task: You are supposed to make an EMI Calculator for 4 years and 2 months based on the above-mentioned loan amount.
